Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NE Sports Village ice-rink booking website at booking.nesportsvillage.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Bookings & payments

  • Ice-time bookings are confirmed only after payment is completed.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and are charged per selected slot.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.on Stripe’s secure hosted page; we do not handle your card details.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and to NESV’s facility rules and schedules.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility follow NESV’s posted facility policy. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Please contact us for cancellation requests.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by New England Sports Village and its licensors and is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the booking features.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New England Sports Village is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
