• Booking information — the rink, sheet, date, and time slots you select, and your booking history.
• Team/organization details — where you book on behalf of a team or organization.
• Technical data — a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

Payments

Online payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure hosted payment page and never touch our servers— we do not collect, process, or store your full card number or other cardholder data. We receive only confirmation of payment status and a reference to the associated invoice. Your use of Stripe’s payment service is also subject to Stripe’s own privacy and payment terms.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To generate invoices and to confirm payments through Stripe.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service — principally Stripe for payment processing — and where required by law. A customer’s information is not shown to other customers.

We retain account and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access controls, to protect your data.
